Chicken Wings in Sha Cha Sauce

Light soy sauce
Do not marinate the chicken wings. Place them directly on the flat circular grill pan. Grill for 12 minutes at 200C until both sides of the wings appear golden yellow.
Stop the Korean Barbeque Grill. Mix in the seasonings and grill both sides briefly.
Maria's Tips: Cut the chicken wings in half from between the two pieces of bones for easy consumption.
