Space Aubergines with Miso and Minced Pork

Light Soy Sauce
Mix the sauce ingredients.
Slice the aubergines. Set aside.
Mince the pork using the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor. Place the minced pork onto the flat grill pan of the Korean Barbeque Grill. Grill until the meat turns white. Add the sauce, mix well and set aside.
Put the aubergine slices onto the grill pan. Grill until tender.
Take 1 aubergine slice and cover with a layer of minced pork. Put another slice on top and repeat covering with minced pork. Serve.
