Stewed Abalones with Dried Oysters and Chinese Mushrooms

Canned Abalone1 can
Pork Belly (cut into chunks)300 g
Chinese Mushrooms300 g
Dried Oyster 200 g
Ginger (sliced)8 slices
Chinese Cooking Wine1 tsp
Chicken Stock800 ml
Corn Starch½ tsp
Vegetable Oil1 tsp
Oyster Sauce2 tbsp
Rock Sugar30 g
Light Soy Sauce1 tbsp
Dark Soy SauceA Little
Select [Stir Fry] mode on the IH Stir Fryer. Set temperature to level 7 and time to 5 minutes. Press [Start].
Heat up the oil. Add in the ginger and pork belly. Cook until fragrant. Splash in cooking wine and then chicken stock.
Set the IH Stir Fryer to [Stew] mode. Adjust the temperature to level 5 and timer to 60 minutes. Press [Start] again.
Toss in the abalone, dried oyster, mushrooms and the seasonings.
Cook until the last minute. Add dark soy sauce and corn starch water. Stir well. Done.
